It's called life.
Life is by its very nature "unfair". I'm sure a slow antelope would bitch if it could about the injustice of being eaten by a lion while the faster ones got away, or imagine hearing the story of heartbreak from a peacock who can't find love because his feathers aren't as large and bright as the next guy's.
The myth is that all men are created equal. They're not and never have been. A few things that Man does have going for him though is dogged determination, drive, and the ability to plan ahead. Sometimes those traits can more than make up for a lack of natural talent and ability, but only if a person cares enough to use them.
