Mine has been flipped so many times, I've lost count. I've got a 5.875% fixed and my current holder keeps trying to entice me to refinance. They want a higher interest rate, of course. I suppose I should call, just to see what interest rate they are offering since they say there are not fees, etc. But there has to be something they'd be getting from it, so....
Why, when banking has had so many problems lately, are there new banks going up all over the place? Something fishy there.
