It has no racial limitations. It is color-blind.
That said, statistics and the national frameworks in place around the world evidence the churning out of more poverty of mind in Mexico, South America, the Middle East, Africa, etcetera - than most western nations are.
Take an overabundance of people from ANY of these regions into the USA and diversity dies, poverty reigns - and all under a small elite of exploiters who will claim to be servants.
Yes, even the GOP has poverty of mind when they buy into McCain's "servant of the people" rhetoric. He's pandering to the poverty of mind in that forum as well. No one is a servant to others. Each is a champion of their own beliefs and ideals. If other share these - great. We elect folks who share our ideals - not servants or slaves. Our nation celebrates the individual currently, but this celebration is a party all too many seek to end.
This nation would not be great all German, English, Swedish, Spanish, Finnish, Russian or any one nationality or racial genotype. It is the blend that permits diversity. But the blend is diminishing as we speak - and right now it's not the Appalachian folks that we have to worry about.
