letsee, BUSH Gives back surplus first thing he's in office, 9/11, the price of oil ramps up, war on terror cripples economy, failed corps like Enron, etc added, price of oil spikes and shifts money to big oil all the while homeowners and small bizs fail to make payments, foreclousres, add a huricane or two into the mix and VOILA!!!!!! Instant recession..........Now the feds want USA taxpayers to foot the bills all the while the BIG WIG CEO's walk away with multi-million dollar golden parachutes,,,,,,,,FAIR??????
