I meant modern industrial democracies, not necessarily geographically located in Western Europe. So it would include N America, Australia/New Zealand and some Asian Countries as well. None are paradise, not even us. There are no socialist paradises, and no libertarian ones either. What you've got now is about the closest you're going to get to either. The kind of Randian perfection you want will never happen because the business community wants no part of it either. What are you going to do, use government force to compell them to be laissez-faire? TB, the last thing ANY businessman wants is to have to compete in a free market.
