I'm not seeing "killed a cop with a shrapnel bomb," "firebombed a Supreme Court justice" or "tried to nail bomb a dance at a U.S. military base" on any of those criminal descriptions, although I could see where giving one's girlfriend a raise or being bribed with a dead buffalo could be considered morally equivalent by some people.
