re: rocket tests have been going on for years

Nitrous oxide was also used in Spaceship One, and there have been many tests down there using this propellant. XCor and SpaceDev have been testing N2O engines for years.

We have worked with concentrated H2O2 as well without incident. All rocket propellants have some hazard connected with them. Try nitrogen tetroxide and hydrazine sometime. Thank God I've never had to deal with that.

I haven't seen the actual judgment on Scaled--CalOSHA doesn't seem to have it on line.
