None of that addresses my point. You claim NASA waste boatloads of money yet want them to waste money on useless activities. NASAs expenditures have nothing to do with going nowhere but circles for 30 years. The problem is they haven't tried to go anywhere else. That's what happens when you build "infrastructure" with no clear purpose.
