I have voted various ways over the years but I consider myself to be a fiscal conservative in a general sort of way.
I am more like a rational, populist, anarchist, driven by pragmatism.
And, I don't consider the idea of jobs for Americans first, a liberal tenet any more than I see everything that the Republicans do as conservative.
Actually the idea of putting tens of thousands of Asians out of work in favor of Americans, and without shedding a single tear, might be thought of as cruel and insensitive by some liberals. :)
