What percent of that number you quoted are jobs that pay less than someone can live on today or that don't provide health care benefits or require the employee to commute 40 miles to and from the job? How many of those jobs are single mothers that make barely enough at their job to pay for the childcare they'll require by taking the job?
Most people can find a job if they want to work for next to nothing and do backbreaking stuff. Now let's talk quality.
