We should label companies two ways.
American companies and foreign companies. American companies should be given preferental treatment over foreign companies. We need to start an organized Buy American program and have an extensive ad campaign to promote it. Explain to people that it is in their best interest to do so.
We are the economic engine of this world and it's time we have a major tune up. If people buy my product, then I'll have the money to buy theirs. It's is one hand washing the other. I'll gladly pay a little more for products that have "Made in the USA" on their packaging. I hate the feeling I get when I'm forced to buy something made in China, Mexico, or some other place. It's a feeling I seem to feel more every year. Time to reverse that trend.
