Bush was a stupid, arrogant lackey long, long before 9-11, Iraq, Saddam, deregulation, etc..
Even without the wars and the economy Bush would have been the worst president since Ronald Reagan.
As dumb as Reagan but without any of his charm, Bush was clearly a pawn of his constituency, the super-wealthy people and corporations.
Remember when Bush said he'd fire anyone involved in outing a covert CIA agent? And then commuted ol' Scooter's prison sentence? And didn't pursue anyone else who was involved in that scandal?
That should be worth a lot of time in the slam, really.
