Republicans edged into the lead in a generic Congressional poll last week for the first time in a couple of years. Probably a blip, but there it is. And a number of of starry-eyed Obama voters have already woken up to find their eyes bleary and their faces stuck to the floor.

Wait for the CBO report tomorrow.
