re: "Waste" is not 10 brands of identical cereal on the shelf.
"Waste" is one kid being sick or not being educated because we can't afford to do anything about it, but we can still afford 10 brands of cereal on the shelf, in fact, it's profitable.
And don't lecture me on how getting rid of the second won't guarantee the first, I know how the world works and don't need to have it pointed out to me. Just don't try to convince me the freedom to do the second is a prerequisite for the first.
