One of her side jobs is as an in-home caregiver for an eight-year-old and 2 mastiffs. It's a trade. She gives the family support, they give her room and board. She has a data-entry gig that she can do from the house, and a very part-time job at a local library, who would love to employ her, but has a hiring freeze on. She also has a line on illustrating coloring books, but that's not bigtime enough to guarantee an income. It's a good resume-builder, though.

Broken bone, not OK.
