Something my sister kept repeating to me.

My sister was deeply spiritual and also very much a logical person. She was a Ph.D. in multiple areas all relating to psychology, communication, biofeedback and others. She was a practicing therapist and a damned good one. She was also a genius, I.Q. somwhere around 150 or so and was always reading 4-5 books at once. She was an expert on the brain and used to give seminars on it. She brought me onto the Spiritual path (I had had an epiphany and joined a Christian Church shortly prior to this). I'd talk about God and "Him" and she kept correcting me. "You are God," she would say. I never understood it. I think I'm beginning to now.

I'm channeling out my thought processes here so bear with me. I have believed for a very long time that we are the product of chemical reactions in our brain. Our endocrine system creates our thoughts, our likes, dislikes, loves, hates, etc. So there is a part of our brain where these chemicals cause a reaction that produces a spiritual experience. My brain waves can touch another person's brain waves (I have had telepathic experiences). So I am God in that I (or rather my chemicals) create that experience in the brain. My energy touches another person's. That person is also God. We, as a whole are God. If we focus all our energy together to create something, anything is possible, even seeming miracles. Our energy goes out to join the energy of all things. All things together = God. Jesus said, "God is in me and through me." So God is in all things.

I wish I had Phyllis here to talk to about all this. I miss her presence, her guidance. She has passed onto the other side. I sense her presence, her energy sometimes and still get her guidance, just not as overtly.

OK, that's enough for me to chew on for awhile.
