"Robert's New Order"...good one. As far as Techie and finding a place, it's pretty standard: No climate change denial, vortexes, anomalism, or other bullshit on Space/Science.
But now, when it comes to politics, another interpretation of Technie's speculative false-flag "operation" might be "performance art". I think that too ought to have a place here, because we damn well need to hang on to a sense of humor. And Techie can be really funny, at times. Yeah I know, other times, not so much. Let he who has never sinned...
There's a fine line between performance art and fraud. If the spectacle leaves a little room for you to doubt, if you wonder whether it's performance art, it's hit the mark.
It tries too hard if you're sure it's sincere. That's just fakery that misses the mark of artistic merit.
My ongoing theme on this subject is that judgments won't always be easy. I try to take the pressure off by making it not so much an either/or thing--your post is published or removed--but to allow for reclassification of posts, which amounts to reinterpretation. What's offensive bullshit on Space/Science can a hoot on Off-Topic or MOTM.
