I also try to factor in severity, and time, and the possibility that perhaps some unexpected feedback effect will intervene or mitigate the results.

A great deal of possibilities can occur that may alter, delay or even reverse the final outcome, and I am hopefully open-minded that perhaps they will.

I just don't like being accused of being a communist because my opinions on science conflict with some Republican's greedy sense of entitlement.
