I see you're in fine form this Monday morning.
I think the Conservatives are very uncomfortable with what has happened. They surely WOULD NOT have asked for an investigation while Bush and Cheney were still in office because the heat was still on.
I know I got a call from some national poll several months after the Abu Gahraib photos surfaced and they were asking how I felt about Rumsfeld, and I said I thought he should be fired. The truth WILL come out, and some men may lose face, but I would like to see those responsible TRIED for war crimes, even if they get off. They just need feel the imaginary noose on the neck and sweat a bit.
Justice CAN be served although the damage can never be repaired.
I just started reading the story of Bernie Madoff's last few days at the office by his secretary, who had worked for him for 25 years and didn't have a clue what he was up to. She said he had a sculpture of a four foot SCREW in his office, and it took on a whole new meaning when the office was over run by Feds and Bernie had been arrested. Gotta love the guys who rule the world for their own subjective realities.
