I know it hurts.
Obama has kept the policies of Bush going. Interrogations are still being conducted, the wars are still being waged on Europes favorite target emerging markets and the "change" about open government was complete flim-flam for those who wanted to hear it.
Obama is having closed meetings with insurance agencies, the largest pharmaceutical companies and more of the "evil capitalists" he was supposed to run out of DC on a rail. Now they are plotting and wheeling and dealing to distribute the power and money. The new healthcare program and the secret meetings that accompany it are just like Cheney's energy meetings. However, Cheney was an actual businessman and so knew how to deal with other businessmen. We can be sure Obama and Emanuel are getting taken to the cleaners, promising everything and the kitchen sink to get something through.
Thanks for the response. It's good to see the rubber hammer, when applied properly, still brings out the knee-jerk reaction.
