You yourself recently pointed out in some detail that there is no need for a "movement" unless the prevailing environment has largely converted to an opposing viewpoint.
Think about that for a while.
As for the rest, your view of history is...well...original.
I do agree that it takes a lot more education and thought to create an individualist mindset than it does to create someone who thinks it's right and proper to meet one's needs by looting his neighbors and that the proper role of the citizen is to serve the state/leader. History has way too few of the former kind of people and far too many of the latter.
