If you think the philosophy I support had no existence until the 1920s, and then was founded in some obscure white-Protestants-first movement, then I have a hard time finding a starting point to answer any questions on history.
I suspect what you were really looking for was a "History of My Cartoon View of Conservatism." Not surprising little showed up. Even Wikipedia gives a better account than what you have so far.
