I kept most of the flour out, assuming you might be limiting that. If I'm wrong and you are are OK with a bit of flour (not overdoing), then some of the recipes can have flour to use as a thickening agent. I learned about tomato paste on Food Network. I noted the FN recipes so as not to piss them off since those are copyrighted. Those I probably ought to take down soon. But we can use them, adjusting them so that they are no longer the FN recipes!
I love playing with food! I think the recipe book would be cool. I've written a novel that has gourmet style cooking interwoven in it.
Let me know what your restrictions are so I can look for those or create some. This could be fun!
