I wouldn't necessarily exclude your strategy, Jody. "Minimalist" is a valid diet regimen; ask any vegan. You may be focused on a particular thing you want to address, but it seems reasonable to think that everybody could benefit from more disciplined eating. Lord knows, that's part of what I've had to relearn. I have to be able to stare a greaseburger in the eye without flinching, and without salivating. In fact, nowadays a lot of junkfood commercials on TV make me downright nauseous. Am I conditioned, or what?
I'd understand, too, if you just didn't want to think about food. I'm not out to undermine your discipline. But do keep an open mind about whether you have something contribute to a board like that.
