Like I said, "progressive" totalitarianism is real, and creeping up on us all over the place. It's worse in other countries.
There is plenty of radical Islamist totalitarianism going around as well, and considering its views on everything "progressivism" claims to support and cherish, you wonder why the Left, as a general political movement, doesn't seem all that bothered by it.
If the Left actually believed in what they claim to stand for, you would see no more furious opposition to radical Islam anywhere. But oddly, only Christianity seems to pull their chain. Says volumes about their real motivations.
Try to find an actual "Christian Jihad" anywhere on the planet.
