C'mon Rob, the Tea Party can't be questioned?
If the social conservative stuff was coming just from the media, it'd be one thing, but it can be traced right back to the mouths of conservatives, some of whom are allied with the TP.
For the record, I think the Party's fiscal message is an important one, and their ideas about constitutional government are worthy of consideration, but such a rising star as the TP has got to be a powerful temptation to those who think their own agenda can hitch a ride.
It's up to the members of the Tea Party to determine where they go from here.
