Exactly my response to what I call a "frustration dream". When I was a programmer, I would often dream in Fortran; complex nested loops, decision trees, Boolean logic mazes, and monster Equivalence statements with data overlays down to the bit level. In those days, both computer time and space was expensive, and code had to be made efficient to the point of incomprehensibility.
Yeah, being rich to start with is always the best option. It's better to be lucky than smart.
