Short answer? They don't care what the income tax rates are at their level of wealth, and they can get a lot of brownie points for joining this parade.
You might also note a broad representation of people whose wealth is primarily in stocks, not direct income.
A lot of rich people are doing a lot of good with their money. Bill Gates comes to mind. Giving it all to politicians is not the best way of accomplishing that.
