I think that most young blacks that fail in business are taught by their parents that whites (and asians) are naturally smarter than blacks. It's not so much that their parents need to tell them to "do their homework" or anything like that. They just need to instill a strong sense of discipline. Have them set a goal and make certain that they achieve it. I think that most black adult that have been hurt by the racism in this country contribute to it by passing the racist and "cursed" attitude down to their kids. I cannot believe that I can hear these steriotypes spoken in a place of learning such as my highschool.
