And really would do nothing to stop discrimination against woman. After all, who enforces these UN statements on the the way things "ought" to be.
Come on Rauol, do you really think the United States and the Bush Administration are as ass-backwards as Somolia? But then maybe Somalia is at the spearpoint of a new modernism. Afterall, didn't the UN send the Blue hats there and solve that ?counry?'s problems.
