Duh!!
So why won't the US sign it? Is there something to be afraid of, if the US is so far ahead of the rest of the world?
Or is it that most of the US is that far ahead. Some may not be.
Maybe something to do with the fundamental Christian view of women (which ain't exactly equal)? Males being the spiritual leaders, and all?
