P.S. China Ratified this treaty. Does China value women's rights more than the United States?

After all, the right to choose is a widely accepted law in the United States.

In China a Woman's reproductive rights are repressed as a routine matter of law. But then in Communism the State owns everything: Including a woman's uterus and all part there connected.
