The important question isn't what we're going to do with them, it's what are they going to do for themselves</> . It's ultimately up to them whether or not they sink into another nightmare. It'd probably be in their own best interest to avoid letting another Saddam attain god-like power.
It's up to them to get themselves off the wrong side of history (nice phrase). Maybe they could even drag Bowser with them :-)
