If protests are so influential...
why didn't Bush and co. organize a bunch of them to protest against Saddam before all this war mess? After all, the protesters are all just a bunch of sheep who follow along after any organizer who comes along. Saddam would have seen all the people chanting and waving flags and he would have realized that he was unwanted, and there was a fat chance that he would have booked a room in the Shady Rest Retirement Village in Florida.
