I'm afraid to a large extent I have to agree with Phil. I have gleaned from your many posts, under various names, that you did not do well in school and are extremely bitter about it, blaming the System for your failures. I could give a long lecture on the subject, but it would basically boil down to, "Cowboy Up!"
There are more ways to get where you're going than a college degree. I flunked calculus, and had to retake it in summer school. Eventually I worked around a lot of calculus by training computers to do the scutwork for me, but that's not the point. My college degree was in architecture, and yet I've been working in the rocket business for twenty years. There's usually a way to get where you want to go, and you have to figure it out for yourself.
