NASA's smartest guy on Earth, Dr. Zubrin does it again. His knowledge spans the universe, and should be heeded by the Administration.

The sooner we're driving hydrogen and solar cars (weaning ourselves off Middle Eastern oil), the better! Then their funds will dry up.
