It might have been better if you'd asked something like, "Did Zubrin actually say this?" That would've put the onus on Zubrin. As it was, your question did give me the impression that you were uncertain of Keith's honesty.
I remember the arguments about Bosnia. In the end, Milosevic is gone but the problems remain. We still have thousands of troops there trying to maintain what isn't really peace and people are still killing each other. It's kind of like what the final outcome was in Somalia and Haiti - nothing really changed other than we spent a lot of money and lost some lives. I was looking at the Bosnia operation from a military perspective. I think Keith was seeing it more from a political perspective. History will one day decide if either of us was right.
One of my biggest complaints about the Bosnia attacks were how they were waged. In order to keep from having any casualties, fighters weren't allowed to bomb from less than 15,000 feet altitude. Bombing from 15,000 feet is an ineffective way to wage a war. About all we did was destroy a lot of tank decoys. That isn't to belittle the pilots for trying. "NOVA" did an episode a few years ago about camouflage that showed simply painting an aircraft silhouette on the ground was enough to fool a lot of pilots under a high stress combat run at 600 knots. Of course, this is off topic for a space board.
