Where do you draw the line?
If NASA significantly looses money by the end of his administration (it probably won't gain it back no matter who is in charge) unless that space spending is more than made up for with military space spending.
Cut the station, cut the shuttle. . . I don't care as much, as long as that ~14 billion is doing something with regards to space (hopefully building a better RLV)
