Hi Guys

o'Keefe sounds like Stephen Baxter's Jake Hadamard, the administrator called in to "trim back" NASA after a space shuttle disaster in the novel "Titan".

A Visionless bureaucrat out to win political brownie-points.

Gives me chills... because the only place cuts to NASA will go will be to the missile shield and the "War on Terror".
