Neptune and Uranus are both Earth sized worlds covered in a 10,000 mile deep water\ammonia ocean whose surface mixes with a hydrogen atmosphere. Of course, their are other elements in high abundant as well (Nitrogen, Helium, and probably carbon and oxygen.)
