Voting rights in Heinlein

<Making military service the criteria selects for physical characteristics. By that criteria, Stephen Hawkings would be denied the vote...

This is a common misunderstanding of the system Heinlein wrote about in "Starship Troopers." I may post a clarification of this idea in a new thread as another alternative to Justin's concept.
