We'll have to agree to disagree on this. I think ANYTHING they did with it would be good - large government buildings (that's what we have left of Greek civilizations, for instance), public arenas, and so on.
Excess wealth will be used to protect and enhance itself. It's translated into power, and that power is abused. It will be used to plunder the rest of the money. Excess wealth will be used to the disadvantage of everyone. Look at the kleptocracies in Africa, former Soviet Union, and elsewhere.
No one needs more than so much money.
And, we'll just have to agree to disagree.
