To boil down their logic a bit...

1) They say that Bush was clear and concise on terrorism right after 9/11.

2) They say that now, Bush has "waffled" a bit.

Their conclusion: The reason for Bush'es change of mind is because of something that Clinton did: years ago.

Do I need to point out the obvious fallacy here, or can you make it on your own?
