The correct names are
the ones they give themselves, i.e., Al Qaeda, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Egyptian Islamic Jihad, etc, and then there's Hezbollah, Hamas etc...
if it's adjectives they're looking for to describe them to their audience, then "radical (country name if one country based) Islamic faction" plus the proper name is the only correct usage.
