As far as my attitudes on liberals, I go by my own experience, not by what I have been told. I wish I had a nickel for every time an argument I was making against a repressive regime somewhere was deflected by some liberal by a totally irrelevant reference to how badly we treated the Indians, or some similar deed dredged out of the past.
"Blame America First" is a crock?
Maybe you've forgotten--as just one example--the huge outpouring of America-blaming that we got from that end of the political spectrum after 9-11. And please feel free to note in the link above how many of the people quoted happen to sport the term "professor" in front of their names. Just making a point.
With the worst of these people, it is ALWAYS America that is at fault for almost every evil in the world. Another commentary on this can be found at that noted right-wing rag, Mother Jones.
