I wonder what arguments Iraq (Tarek Aziz) uses to refuse the UN inspectors.

THey did accuse them (rightly as Ritter said) of spying for the USA.
Is there is any way to guarantee them it won't be the case anymore, or inspecting and reporting to the world community (which it is supposed to do anyway) isn't in any way acceptable to Iraq?
In that case, what is the Arab League saying to Iraq (do they talk to each other?).

I completely refute "he's evil and we are good" argument. Clearly, Aziz speaks to the world, but I'm wondering what his arguments are.
