I think it's perfectly possible they have nothing to hide, but won't accept the inspectors because they'd consider this as humiliating.
What should be done is for the UN to talk to the Arab league and figure out a way to have the inspectors accepted without them feeling humiliated.
Diplomats can come up with a solution, I'm sure.
