...and in its purest form is expressed when waveforms within one's consciousness are expressing with a negative bias.

Two identical actions can take place, without the negative bias or with it. If you step on a child's hand accidentally or if you intentionally step upon a child's hand are two very different recorded energy expressions. The wave forms sponsored by intent will ride as subharmonic wave forms (tiny, piggyback wave forms) on the larger wave.

This is very important in determining the feedback these waves will generate. Because the degree and amplitude of these collective wave forms of consciousness constitute a signal. The sum of these signals will determine the way people react to you, the way you react to others and will determine your future as they regenerate.

Evil is the manifestation of these negatively biased (more energy or amplitude on the lower aspect of the wave) wave forms.

This is why someone who pulls thr trigger in self defense has an entirely different relationship (energy and waveform-wise) than someone who pulls the trigger out of hatred or anger.

It is these all important subharmonics which constantly send out their signal (intelligence) and influence the daily actions of an individual, unbeknownst to him.

I can't definitely point at Saddam and say his actions are good or evil. No one except Saddam can - based upon the intent and development of the subharmonic waves (thoughts, etc.) which will be influencing these actions.

I CAN say that based upon my development and understanding, the actions he has taken are lower in intelligence and manifest a lower signal and frequency. In this sense to ME these actions are very negative and unintelligent.

Someone with mental difficulties does not perceive their own limitations. Someone whose actions are evil often does not perceive this to the same degree others do either.

The schoolyard bully pushes kids and can justify his actions partly because of his circumstances (perhaps abusive parents, dysfunctional home, etc.) - yet the part of him which knows harming others is wrong is weakened each time he chooses not to keep his behavior in check.

Why?

Because all these signals and energy regenerate. So while it may be difficult for someone to harm another the first time - the second time it becomes easier, and eventually they can harm others all the time and not blink an eyelash. This harming signal has regenerated and grown in amplitude. It is now a juggernaut out of control.

This same scientific regeneration process is what manifests as addiction.

It becomes that much harder for them to stop because they must put an equal amount of energy and then just a little more into balancing these misaligned waveforms and shoving their bias from negative to positive.

An analogy can be likened to the man who comes to a crossroads and chooses the wrong path. The further they travel down this path - the longer it will take them just to get back where they started and then to make progress they must go further than they went astray.

So in a nutshell EVERY action CAN be evil. Or every action can be GOOD. It depends upon the bias of the energy which made this action manifest.

Even the smallest semingly insignificant action, such as opening an envelope, can be evil if it part of a chain of events which are being influenced by a lot of negatively biased thoughts or waves.

Likewise no action can be purely 100% evil simply because no waveform can exist without some of its energy on the opposing polarity.

The good of our actions regenerates just as does the evil. So folks who do good will regenerate and it becomes easier for them to do good in the future.

However - to keep progressing, their good must eventually manifest in larger and larger forms and ways. It should do this almost naturally because of the regeneration process.

An analogy can be likened unto the weight lifter who can only build so much strength with 10 pound barbells. They will be beneficial only for so long and then they must use heavier weights to keep advancing.

I doubt if this is the answer you wanted to hear - but now you have it.
