I don't think you can in any way which excludes GWB.
Except by definition.
For instance, is it "evil" for a large nation to threaten aggression on a smaller nation which has not threatened the larger nations legitimate interests? Was it "evil" when Germany did that same thing to, say, Czechoslovakia?
(Hint - The answer to that one is "Don't you dare say Germany taking over Czechoslovakia is like the US trying to loot Iraq. They are entirely different, and if you can't see it you are evil yourself!!)
But, I'd be interested in what you can find what you and Rush have to say about exacty what "evil" is.
