My daughter is handling the official almond-frosted cutout cookie duty this year. If I could figure out how to mass-produce these and decorate them, Bill Gates would be my shoeshine boy.

I baked all afternoon a couple of days ago and turned out 9 perfect German kuchens (apple, blueberry and cherry), a favorite breakfast treat here. HA! I am LORD OF THE KUCHENS!

Naturally, being an evil and mean-spirited Republican, I plan to eat them all myself (with my family) and won't send any to ANYONE. BWA HA HA HAAAA!
